WASHINGTON (July 23, 2014) — The George Washington University (GW) is pleased to introduce its online graduate degree and certificate programs for regulatory affairs, which is now accepting applications for the fall 2014 term.

“The field of health care is in a state of rapid transformation,” says Daniela Drago, Ph.D., program director for regulatory affairs at the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences. “With these changes, there is an increased demand for qualified regulatory professionals capable of leading change to improve development and delivery of safe, affordable and effective products, technology and medicine.”

GW’s online graduate program in regulatory affairs was developed in close collaboration with leading governmental regulatory agencies. Students will learn from current and former FDA officials, establishing close connections with international regulatory bodies located near and around GW’s Washington, D.C. campus.

Upon completion of the program, students will be able to lead and collaborate across business functions in the development and distribution of effective medical products or pharmaceuticals. The global perspective gained through the degree’s courses allows students to compete on an international level while building on their interaction with prominent officials and agencies, uniquely offered by GW’s program.

Professionals interested in furthering their career and opening the door to advancement within the growing field of regulatory affairs are invited to visit GW Online or call 1-844-386-7323 to speak with a program manager today and receive more information.
