LANDLORDS

I need help with a landlord-tenant issue

Some landlord-tenant issues are easily resolved by problem-solving with at tenant to find a win-win solution. However, depending on the kind of landlord-tenant issue that comes up, a landlord may have certain legal liabilities. Our housing navigators can point landlords to resources that help inform landlord and tenant obligations. A housing navigator cannot provide legal advice and we are not a substitute for legal counsel. For information about landlord and tenant obligations, there are several guidebooks to help. You can also call us at 844-926-6632 to speak with one of our housing navigators for more information.
